FEDERAL BANK OFFICERS RECRUITMENT EXAM

Eligibility Criteria  

Nationality : The candidates shall be a citizen of India.

Educational qualification : 

• Post-Graduates with minimum 60% marks in any discipline from a recognized University or any other Institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of UGC Act, 1956.
• Candidates should have completed their academics (from 10th onwards) in regular mode of study.
• Candidates should have a consistent academic record of minimum 60% marks from class 10th onwards (for 10th, 12th, Graduation and Post-Graduation).
• Candidates should have completed their Post-Graduation during the academic years 2022-23 can also apply.

Age Limit : (as on 01.06.2023)  

Candidates shall not exceed 27 years  as  on  01.06.2023 (candidates  should  be born on or after 01.06.1996) for being eligible for the post of Officers.

Application Fee Details (Non refundable)               

For SC/ST – Rs. 140

For General/OBC/Others – Rs. 700

Online transaction charges & GST at applicable rates (@ 18%) to be charged extra.

Application fees can only be paid online through the payment gateway, using a Master / Visa  Debit or Credit card, Net Banking. On successful completion of the  transaction through the payment gateway, the online application form will be  generated with the payment details.

The  payment  towards  recruitment  application  fees  can  be  made  from 26/06/2023 onwards, and before 15/07/2023, i.e. the date of closure of online registration gateway.

Scale of Pay and Other Emoluments For Federal Bank Officers :
Presently the starting Basic Pay applicable to Officers (in Scale I) is Rs. 36000 in the scale of pay Rs. 36000 - 1490/7 - 46430 – 1740/2 - 49910 – 1990/7 – 63840.
The official will also be eligible for DA, Lease rental/HRA, CCA, Medical and other allowances & perquisites as per rules in force from time to time.
The Cost to Company per annum would be a minimum of Rs.9.57 Lakhs and maximum of Rs.13.32 Lakhs depending upon the place of posting and other factors.  

Probation Period  

Candidates selected as Officers will be on probation for a period of 2 years.

Service Agreement :  

The selected candidates will be required to execute a Service Agreement upon joining the Bank undertaking to serve the Bank for 2 years or to pay the Bank a sum
of 50,000/- in case the candidate leaves the Bank before completion of the service period.

Mode of Selection For Federal Bank Officers :

Selection will be based on Online Aptitude Test, Group Discussion, Robotic Interview and Personal Interview or any other mode of selection which will be decided by the Bank. The online aptitude test will be followed by a psychometric questionnaire for a maximum duration of 15 minutes.

Venues for the Written Test   

The Online aptitude test will be conducted at venues given in the respective call letters. No request for change of centre / venue / date / session for online aptitude test shall be entertained in any case. Choice of centre once opted by the candidate shall be final.
